About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a light blue modular sofa accompanied by nesting coffee tables, a rug, and wall art. This living room assembly centres on a low-profile, modular sofa upholstered in a light blue fabric, complemented by a set of scatter cushions. The arrangement includes a pair of nesting coffee tables with thin metal frames and contrasting circular tops in wood and black finishes. A dark, distressed-look area rug grounds the furniture grouping, while a framed abstract print provides a vertical focal point. The design prioritises clean lines and a relaxed, casual aesthetic, making it suitable for modern interiors that require a cohesive, pre-styled seating area for immediate placement in architectural visualisations.

The download is a 34.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene by importing the entire component collection directly into your project model. The elements are organised as grouped geometry, allowing for individual adjustments to the sofa configuration or table placement. Ensure your model units are set to match the scale of the assets upon insertion. Texture maps for the fabric and wood surfaces are mapped to the geometry, which can be further refined using standard material editors or external rendering plugins for enhanced lighting and shadow casting.

This furniture set is ideal for populating living room layouts, open-plan apartments, and hotel lounge areas. It works well in early-stage conceptual renderings or final interior visualisations where a balanced, ready-to-use seating vignette is required. Professionals often search for modular sofas and complete living room sets to streamline the staging process in residential projects. The versatile, neutral-toned components pair easily with various interior palettes, from minimalist to industrial, providing a sophisticated yet accessible aesthetic for contemporary design schemes.
