The sofa sits on a lightweight, minimalist metal frame that elevates the heavy form.

The download is a 66.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is best utilised by importing the components as a group or component instance to maintain clean geometry. Users can easily swap the leather material textures using the materials panel to match specific interior colour schemes. Because the sofa is modular, designers can detach or reconfigure the individual seating units to fit different room dimensions. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during the presentation phase of your project workflow.

This sectional is designed for spacious contemporary living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, and executive lounge areas where a statement piece is required. Its U-shaped layout encourages conversation, making it ideal for large social spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist area rugs and floor lamps to define a seating zone within an open-plan layout. Professionals searching for luxury modular furniture or sophisticated leather seating will find this asset highly adaptable for both residential and commercial interior design projects.
