About this asset

This 3ds Max sofa set features contemporary leather upholstery and walnut frames with integrated side tables for modular living. This modular seating collection comprises multiple sofa units paired with integrated low-profile side tables and matching ottomans. The design is characterised by a rich walnut-toned timber frame featuring distinctive rounded, sled-style legs. The upholstery combines vibrant orange leather seat and back cushions with contrasting cream-coloured scatter cushions. Each unit incorporates a functional wooden surface at one end, seamlessly blending storage and display functionality into the sofa silhouette. The proportions are low-slung and horizontal, emphasising a clean, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end lounge environments where integrated furniture solutions are required for cohesive interior layouts.

The download is a 141 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The timber and leather materials are provided as separate sub-objects, allowing for easy texture adjustment or material overrides to suit specific project palettes. Utilise the modular components to arrange custom seating configurations, ensuring the integrated tables are positioned logically within the floor plan for optimal circulation and functional access in your final render.

This set is ideal for contemporary living rooms, hotel lobbies, and executive lounges where a sophisticated, integrated furniture arrangement is desired.
