About this asset

This contemporary room divider set for SketchUp features four distinct glass and metal partition screens with varied patterns. The collection includes four tall, slender rectangular screens encased in matte black metal frames. Each panel showcases a unique glass treatment: one with vertical fluting, one with a grid of gold-toned squares, one with a hexagonal honeycomb pattern, and one with a complex geometric brick-like arrangement. The design is minimalist and modular, providing a sophisticated way to segment interior spaces while maintaining light transmission. The frames are clean-lined and uniform, allowing the diverse textures of the glass to serve as the primary visual interest within the architectural composition.

The download is a 79.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these components function as grouped entities that can be easily scaled or reconfigured to fit specific room heights. Professionals should utilise the native material editor to adjust the transparency and reflectivity of the glass textures to suit specific lighting conditions. The black frames are modelled as separate geometry from the glass panels, allowing for quick material swaps if a different metal finish, such as brass or chrome, is required for a project's specific aesthetic requirements.

These partition screens are ideal for open-plan residential layouts, high-end hospitality lobbies, or contemporary office fit-outs where visual separation is needed without sacrificing natural light. They work effectively as focal points in luxury living rooms or as functional dividers for dining areas. Architects and interior designers might search for these as room dividers, decorative screens, or modular partitions when creating spatial flow in modern interiors. They pair well with minimalist furniture and high-contrast interior palettes common in current design schemes.
