Contemporary L-Shaped Sectional Sofa Set, L-Shaped Sectional

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa set for SketchUp features four distinct modular configurations in various fabric finishes. This collection comprises four distinct L-shaped sectional sofa arrangements, each demonstrating a clean, modern profile suitable for versatile interior layouts. The pieces vary in scale, from compact corner units to larger, extended chaise configurations. Each model is finished in a neutral fabric palette, including soft greys, off-whites, and warm beiges, emphasizing a minimalist aesthetic. The designs feature low-profile frames, integrated back cushions, and structured armrests. Orthographic views are provided for each variant, detailing the precise footprint and overall height, ensuring consistent proportioning across the set for architectural planning and interior visualization.

The download is a 12.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organized as distinct components, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a floor plan. Designers can utilize the native material editor to swap fabric textures or adjust colours to match specific project palettes. Because these assets are provided with clear dimensional data, they are ideal for establishing spatial flow in living room layouts. Ensure the axis points are correctly aligned to the floor plane when importing to maintain structural accuracy during the rendering process.
