About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a grey wood sideboard with textured glass doors paired with a linear-patterned wall mirror. The sideboard presents a tapered, mid-century-inspired silhouette finished in a muted grey wood veneer. It features a slanted upper profile with an open shelf backed by a dark metal mesh. Below, two cabinet doors are inset with circular, heavily textured glass panels that obscure the contents while diffusing light. The unit is elevated on slender, tapered legs. Complementing the console is a square wall mirror with rounded corners, characterised by a bold, black frame and a graphic, white-lined geometric pattern that creates a striking visual depth across its reflective surface.

The download is a 40.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate quick scene integration. Users should assign high-quality glass shaders to the textured cabinet panels to capture appropriate refraction and bump mapping. The mirror geometry includes distinct material IDs for the frame and the patterned overlay, allowing for independent control over reflection intensity. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the sideboard for accurate floor-level placement within your interior scenes.

This console and mirror combination is well-suited for high-end residential entrance halls, boutique hotel lobbies, or sophisticated dining room feature walls. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for narrow corridors where storage and visual impact are required simultaneously. Professionals often specify this set to define a focal point in transitional spaces, pairing it with minimalist lighting or sculptural decor. Search for this asset when looking for textured storage solutions that bridge the gap between functional furniture and wall-mounted art.
