About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model set features two grey velvet tufted armchairs and a marble-base side table for lounge interiors. The set includes two low-profile armchairs featuring deep button-tufted velvet upholstery in a muted grey tone. Each chair is supported by a sleek, black-finished metal frame with a curved base design. Positioned between them is a compact side table with a circular top and a tapered, dark marble base accented by a thin gold-toned neck. The proportions are balanced for intimate seating arrangements, offering a blend of plush comfort and clean, architectural lines. This grouping provides a sophisticated aesthetic suitable for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive waiting areas.

The download is a 14.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material management. Users can adjust the fabric tiling or replace the marble texture using the provided UV maps to match specific project requirements. The chairs and table are grouped for simple placement, but can be ungrouped to utilise the pieces individually. Standard scene lighting setups will interact effectively with the velvet's subtle sheen and the reflective properties of the marble and metal components.

These pieces are ideal for creating conversation zones in luxury residential projects, refined commercial reception spaces, or upscale hospitality suites. They pair well with minimalist rugs and modern floor lamps to complete a curated lounge aesthetic. Designers often search for these items when specifying high-end furniture for contemporary living rooms or boutique office breakout areas. The neutral palette ensures versatility across diverse interior schemes, while the tufted detailing adds a touch of classic elegance to the modern, streamlined form of the seating.
