About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a beige fabric sofa with integrated timber shelving, complete with coffee table and lighting. The central element is a three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, framed by robust timber armrests that function as integrated side tables. The arrangement includes a low-profile coffee table with a glass top and wooden base, a circular fabric pouf, and a geometric-patterned area rug. The composition is accessorised with an arched floor lamp, a table lamp, a vase with greenery, and a collection of scatter cushions featuring blue chevron and solid grey patterns. The entire assembly provides a cohesive, ready-to-use living room vignette with balanced proportions and varied material textures.

The download is a 26 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model functions as a pre-arranged component set. Users can easily explode the group to isolate individual assets like the coffee table or lighting for use in other projects. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain scene organisation. Materials are mapped as standard textures; adjust the reflection settings on the glass coffee table surface and the fabric bump maps within your preferred render engine to enhance realism when generating final visualisations.

This living room set is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for staged apartments, open-plan living areas, or modern lounge spaces. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor schemes. Professionals searching for a complete furniture layout will find this useful for rapid prototyping or final client presentations. It is suitable for projects at the concept design or design development stage where a quick, high-quality furniture arrangement is required to demonstrate spatial flow and scale in a living room environment.
