About this asset

This contemporary lounge chair set for 3ds Max features two grey velvet chairs with gold metal frames and a marble side table. This lounge chair set features two matching armchairs defined by a distinctive curved backrest and a polished gold metal frame that wraps around the seat base. The upholstery is a soft grey velvet, providing a tactile contrast to the sleek metallic structure. Accompanying the seating is a compact, circular side table with a white marble top and a matching gold-finished pedestal base. The proportions are intimate and low-profile, suitable for creating a refined focal point in a lounge or reception area. The ensemble is designed to function as a unified, visually balanced furniture grouping.

The download is a 12.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of the individual chairs or the central table. Users can apply custom materials to the velvet fabric or swap the metal finish on the frames using the native material editor. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport navigation. For optimal rendering results, ensure the marble texture mapping is adjusted to scale correctly with your scene lighting, and consider using a high-quality HDRI environment to capture the metallic reflections.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or luxury retail waiting areas, this set adds a touch of modern sophistication. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors, contemporary rugs, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for lounge seating, accent chairs, or small conversation sets will find this asset versatile for various interior design schemes. It is particularly effective in luxury hospitality projects where small-scale, high-quality furniture groupings are required to define seating zones within larger open-plan spaces or executive office suites.
