About this asset

This contemporary 4-seater dining set for SketchUp features a rectangular table with a metal base and four upholstered velvet chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table supported by a distinctive gold-toned metal frame with a central vertical support. The tabletop features a dark, textured finish. Four matching dining chairs are included, each upholstered in a grey velvet fabric with subtle detailing along the edges. The set is presented as a complete dining arrangement, inclusive of simplified place settings and a decorative vase, providing a cohesive aesthetic suitable for modern interior design schemes.

The download is a 16.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily adjust the placement of individual chairs using the rotate and move tools to create a more natural, lived-in appearance. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to the velvet fabric colour or the metal finish of the table base to suit specific project requirements. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against the floor plan before final rendering.

This dining set is well-suited for residential dining rooms, compact kitchen areas, or boutique hospitality settings such as cafes and small restaurants. It pairs effectively with contemporary interior styles and neutral or dark-toned palettes. Professionals searching for a complete dining room solution will find this asset useful for staging high-end apartment renders or visualizing open-plan living spaces. It is an ideal addition to projects requiring a balance of comfort and refined, modern aesthetics in a ready-to-use furniture configuration.
