About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for SketchUp features a grey timber table and upholstered chairs with a black metal frame. This dining set comprises a rectangular table finished with a dark grey timber veneer and a monolithic central support pedestal. It is accompanied by six matching dining chairs, each featuring a slender black powder-coated metal frame. The chairs are defined by their curved, semi-circular backrests and upholstered seats in a warm, muted brown fabric. The set includes a small decorative table accessory, consisting of a plate and a small plant, which adds a touch of organic detail to the overall composition of the furniture pieces.

The download is a 20.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

The model is organised as a single component group, facilitating easy insertion into your SketchUp scene. Use the native move and rotate tools to position the set, ensuring the central pedestal is correctly aligned with your floor plan. Materials are mapped to standard SketchUp layers, allowing for quick adjustments to the timber grain or fabric textures via the materials panel. For optimal rendering, verify that face normals are oriented correctly and apply high-resolution textures to the wood and fabric surfaces as required.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, modern apartment interiors, and upscale hospitality projects, this set serves as a sophisticated focal point. It pairs well with minimalist pendant lighting and neutral wall treatments. Professionals looking for clean-lined, contemporary furniture will find this asset versatile for both open-plan living areas and professional meeting spaces.
