The download is a 6.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement within a scene. Users should verify pivot points to ensure the chairs sit correctly on the floor plane. Materials are mapped using standard coordinates, and the table and chairs can be adjusted independently to suit specific interior layouts. For optimal lighting, apply an HDRI environment map to capture the reflections on the stone surface and the metallic components of the chair frames, ensuring consistent light interaction across the set.

Ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury kitchen spaces, or boutique hospitality projects, this dining set brings a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic to any interior. It pairs well with minimalist decor, large-format tile flooring, or polished concrete finishes. Professionals can search for this asset when specifying furniture for open-plan living areas, dining suites, or executive meeting spaces.
