About this asset

Modern black linear electric fireplace set of six, featuring various flame intensity displays for SketchUp interior visualisations. This collection includes six distinct variations of a sleek, black, rectangular linear electric fireplace. Each unit features a minimalist metal housing with a glass front, designed to be recessed or mounted onto a wall surface. The primary focus of these assets is the integrated flame simulation, which ranges from sparse, flickering embers to dense, high-intensity fire patterns. The proportions are elongated and horizontal, making them suitable for contemporary feature walls or media centres. The set provides a variety of visual states, allowing for flexible application within interior design scenes.

The download is a 13.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these units are best utilised as components within a wall assembly. Users can scale the fireplace units to fit specific joinery or wall niches. The flame effects are mapped as textures; ensure the underlying geometry is correctly oriented to the wall plane. Because these assets are essentially decorative, they are ideal for populating high-quality render scenes where a subtle, ambient light source is required to suggest warmth and comfort in a living space.

These fireplaces are essential for residential projects, particularly in modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, and luxury hotel suites. They pair effectively with minimalist media consoles, custom joinery, and textured wall claddings like stone or plaster. Professionals looking for realistic fireplace assets for architectural visualisations will find these useful for establishing a focal point in interior scenes. They are particularly effective when placed within a feature wall to enhance the atmosphere of a room during the final stages of a project.
