About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a round metal side table with a stone pedestal base, accompanied by curated decorative accessories. This side table features a slim, circular tabletop finished in matte black, supported by a central metal stem that connects to a tapered, conical stone base in a light grey finish. The design balances a slender, modern profile with the substantial, textured presence of the stone pedestal. Included in the set are decorative elements consisting of two dark glass candle holders and a small, delicate floral arrangement resting atop a hardbound book. The combination of materials creates a sophisticated, understated aesthetic suitable for refined interior spaces.

The download is a 14.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The 3ds Max file is structured with logical layering, allowing for easy selection of the table and individual decorative objects. Users can quickly merge this assembly into a scene, adjusting the placement of the accessories to suit specific compositions. The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, ensuring consistent light interaction on the stone and glass surfaces. Proper pivot points are maintained, facilitating accurate rotation and placement on various floor surfaces within the 3D environment.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this side table works effectively as an accent piece in living rooms, bedrooms, or luxury hotel lobbies. It is particularly useful for adding detail to empty corners or flanking sofas and armchairs. Professionals often search for this type of asset when styling vignettes, requiring high-quality, pre-composed sets to populate renders. The neutral colour palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into modern, minimalist, or contemporary schemes, providing a polished, lived-in feel to architectural visualisations.
