Contemporary Grey Rope and Wood Square Dining Set

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a square wood-topped table and four rope-woven chairs with soft fabric seat cushions. The set comprises a square dining table with a natural wood grain top and dark tapered legs, paired with four armchairs. Each chair features a woven rope backrest in a dark grey finish, providing a textured, open-lattice aesthetic. The seat bases are fitted with removable fabric cushions in alternating muted green and blush tones, offering a soft contrast to the structured frame. The proportions are compact, suitable for smaller dining areas or terrace settings. The central arrangement includes a small decorative potted plant, completing the balanced, functional composition of the five-piece set.

The download is a 37.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type for efficient scene management. Users can easily adjust the wood grain mapping on the tabletop or swap the cushion fabric materials to match specific project palettes. The chairs are grouped as individual assets, allowing for flexible placement or rotation around the table. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane when merging this into your interior or exterior scenes, and verify light cache settings to maintain the texture detail of the woven rope.

This dining set is versatile for both indoor breakfast nooks and covered outdoor patio spaces. It works well in casual restaurant layouts, boutique hotel balconies, or modern residential dining rooms where a mix of natural and industrial textures is required. Designers searching for compact patio furniture, woven dining chairs, or rustic-modern dining sets will find this asset fits seamlessly into various contemporary schemes. Pair this with minimalist pendant lighting or natural stone flooring to accentuate the organic feel of the rope and timber materials.
