About this asset

These contemporary grey fabric curtains for SketchUp feature a distinct geometric white lattice pattern and decorative tassel tie-backs. This pair of floor-length curtains is rendered with a structured, heavy-weight fabric appearance, suitable for formal interior settings. The material features a repeating, interlocking geometric lattice pattern in white against a deep grey background. Each panel is cinched at the mid-section with a matching fabric tie-back, finished with a subtle tassel detail that creates intentional, soft folds in the drapery. The geometry captures the natural drape of fabric, with defined pleats radiating from the tie-back points, providing a realistic silhouette for interior visualisations without requiring complex subdivision or high-poly mesh density.

The download is an 8.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, these curtains are organised as a component, allowing for easy scaling to match specific window heights and widths. The fabric texture is mapped to the geometry, and users can adjust the material settings or apply bump maps to enhance the surface detail. When placing the asset, ensure the insertion point is aligned with the top of the window frame or curtain rod, and use the scale tool to adjust the length to meet floor requirements.

These curtains are ideal for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, or luxury hotel suites where a refined, patterned textile is required. They pair effectively with minimalist or contemporary furniture, providing a focal point in a neutral room palette. Professionals often search for these as window dressings or drapes when finalising high-end interior scenes. They are particularly useful for adding warmth and texture to digital models during the final staging phase of a project, helping to ground the space through realistic textile elements.
