Contemporary Grey Marble and Wood Wine Cabinet with Aquarium

This contemporary 3ds Max wine cabinet features integrated shelving and a central aquarium, finished in grey marble and wood. This bespoke storage solution combines a formal wine display with a central aquarium feature. The unit consists of two vertical shelving columns flanking a central section, which is clad in a grey marble veneer with distinctive veining. The shelving structure is finished in a warm, dark wood tone, providing a sharp contrast to the stone surfaces. Each side includes multiple rows of horizontal bottle supports, designed for horizontal storage. The central void incorporates a rectangular aquarium, creating a focal point between the upper and lower marble panels. The overall composition is symmetrical and architecturally integrated.

The download is an 8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this unit is typically handled as a single assembly. Users should check the pivot point for wall-alignment and ensure the material IDs are correctly assigned to the marble and wood surfaces for easy adjustment. If the scene lighting requires modification, the aquarium glass and internal water volume may need adjustment to prevent excessive refraction.

This unit is designed for high-end residential interiors, such as formal dining rooms, luxury home bars, or open-plan living areas. It also suits boutique hotel lounges or private hospitality suites where a statement piece for wine storage and atmosphere is required. Professionals often search for this type of bespoke joinery when designing custom wall features or entertainment walls. It pairs well with minimalist bar seating, ambient accent lighting, and neutral material palettes that allow the marble and wood textures to remain the primary visual focus.
