Contemporary Grey Marble and Glass Side Table

This contemporary 3ds Max side table features a circular grey marble top supported by a sculptural tinted glass base. The table comprises a circular tabletop crafted from grey-veined marble, offering a sophisticated contrast to its structural foundation. Below, the base is formed from curved sheets of tinted brown glass, creating a translucent, sculptural silhouette that appears to float. The assembly includes a small circular tiered decorative element on the surface, finished in a metallic bronze tone with a textured top surface. This piece combines organic stone textures with industrial glass elements to provide a balanced, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors where material quality is the primary focus of the furniture selection.

The download is a 4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the glass material properties are adjusted to match your specific light environment to achieve the correct refraction and transparency. The marble texture should be checked for tiling patterns; if necessary, apply a UVW map modifier to maintain scale consistency across the circular surface. Use standard object alignment tools to position the table accurately against soft furniture or within a bespoke joinery layout, and consider grouping the base and top components to simplify scene management during complex interior renders.
