Contemporary Grey Leather Modular Sofa and Coffee Table Set

This contemporary grey leather modular sofa and coffee table set for SketchUp features a sleek, low-profile design with a chaise. This set comprises two distinct modular sofa units and a pair of round nesting coffee tables. The sofas are upholstered in a smooth, dark grey leather with a clean, minimalist silhouette, enhanced by plump scatter cushions in neutral tones. The low-slung, linear frames provide a relaxed aesthetic. Complementing the seating, the coffee tables feature slim white metal frames with contrasting surfaces: one finished in a solid white and the other in natural timber. The overall composition is balanced, offering a functional and refined arrangement suitable for high-end interior concepts requiring a cohesive, modern look.

The download is a 31 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, the models are organised into logical groups for easy manipulation and placement. Users can adjust the modular sofa configuration by ungrouping and repositioning the individual sections to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to the leather finish or metal frame colours via the native material editor. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport performance when integrating these assets into larger residential or hospitality scenes during the early stages of interior design development.
