Contemporary Grey Leather Armchair Lounge Scene

This contemporary SketchUp lounge scene features a grey leather armchair, a side table, and accessories for interior visualisations. This curated lounge set centres on a modern armchair upholstered in smooth grey leather, supported by a sleek black metal base. The ensemble includes a minimalist side table, a circular rug with a monochromatic abstract pattern, a potted indoor plant, and a decorative wall clock featuring a butterfly motif. The proportions are balanced for a small reading nook or corner arrangement. Every element is modelled as a distinct component, allowing for flexible repositioning within a larger floor plan. The muted colour palette of grey, white, and natural tones ensures versatility across various interior design styles.

The download is a 26.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can explode the top-level group to isolate individual pieces like the armchair or side table for use in different projects. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily scaled or replaced via the material browser. For rendering, ensure the face normals are oriented correctly and apply appropriate reflection settings to the leather surfaces to achieve realistic light interaction within your chosen render engine.

Ideal for residential living room designs, hotel lobbies, or quiet reading corners, this set provides a ready-made focal point for architectural visualisations. It fits seamlessly into contemporary or minimalist schemes where a refined seating area is required. Professionals often search for such vignettes to quickly populate empty spaces in client presentations or to add depth to interior renders. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and natural light sources, enhancing the overall aesthetic of a project during the conceptual or final design stages.
