About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set, modelled in SketchUp, features grey leather upholstery with tufted detailing and a marble coffee table. This set comprises a long three-seater sofa and a matching rectangular coffee table. The sofa is upholstered in a smooth grey leather, featuring a distinct grid-tufted pattern across the backrest and inner armrests, providing a structured, modern aesthetic. It is supported by slender, minimalist legs. Accompanying the seating is a low-profile coffee table with a white marble top, showcasing subtle grey veining, and finished with delicate, tapered white metal legs. The overall composition balances the softness of the leather seating with the clean, hard lines of the stone and metal table.

The download is a 68.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy separation of the sofa and the coffee table. Users can apply custom material textures to the leather and stone surfaces to match specific project finishes. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for better scene management. The geometry is clean, making it suitable for quick integration into larger interior design scenes without significantly impacting viewport performance or rendering times when using external plugins.
