Contemporary Grey Fabric Upholstered Bench with Metal Frame

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric upholstered bench with a slender metal frame and integrated armrests. This bench features a rectangular, tufted upholstered seat cushion finished in a neutral grey fabric. The structure is supported by a minimalist metal frame with thin, vertical legs and curved armrests accented with white grip inserts. The seat sits low to the ground, providing a clean, linear profile suitable for modern interiors. Included with the bench is a draped throw blanket in a black-and-white houndstooth pattern, along with a decorative bowl and stacked books, allowing for immediate integration into a styled space. The overall aesthetic balances industrial metal components with soft textile textures.

The download is a 9.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this model in 3ds Max, ensure the object pivot is set to the base for easy placement on floor surfaces. The geometry is organised into logical layers, separating the bench frame from the decorative accessories, which allows for quick toggling or removal. Users should verify the mapping coordinates on the fabric surfaces after scaling, as the tufted detailing may require adjustment to maintain realistic proportions. Materials are standard, making them compatible with various render engines through simple slot reassignment.
