About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room set features a grey tufted sofa, marble-topped coffee tables, and a textured area rug for interiors. This comprehensive living room set centers on a two-seater sofa upholstered in grey fabric, featuring deep button tufting on the backrest and inner arms, accented with nailhead trim. The arrangement includes a pair of nesting coffee tables with white marble tops and metallic bases, a matching circular side table with a lamp, and a large, distressed-pattern area rug. Decorative cushions in complementary shades of brown, grey, and cream add textural depth to the seating. The ensemble is designed to provide a cohesive, ready-to-render lounge area, balancing soft upholstery with sleek metallic and stone surfaces.

The download is a 79.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilise this set within 3ds Max by merging the file into your scene and adjusting the pivot points to suit your floor plan. The models are organised by layer, allowing for easy selection and material overriding of individual components like the fabric upholstery or metallic table frames. Ensure the rug is placed at the correct Z-offset to avoid clipping with floor geometry. For final renders, apply specific material shaders to the marble and metal parts to achieve desired reflections and light interaction.
