About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa in 3ds Max features a grey fabric upholstery, a dark wood integrated side table, and slim metal legs. Defined by a low-profile, linear silhouette, this contemporary sofa offers a sophisticated aesthetic for modern interiors. The frame is upholstered in a textured grey fabric, complemented by two smooth white scatter cushions. A notable functional detail is the integrated open-shelf side table constructed from dark-stained wood, seamlessly extending from the right armrest. The entire structure is elevated on slender, angled black metal legs, which provide a sense of lightness and contrast against the substantial seating volume. Its clean lines and balanced proportions make it a versatile piece for open-plan living areas.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer naming for easy manipulation within complex scenes. Designers should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned with the floor plane upon insertion. The fabric materials are set up with standard texture coordinates, allowing for straightforward scaling of tiling patterns. Lighting setups should focus on highlighting the depth of the fabric weave and the reflective qualities of the wood surface to achieve a realistic finish in final renders.

Ideal for residential living rooms, high-end hospitality lounges, and professional reception areas, this sofa serves as a central anchor in a space. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables and low-slung area rugs to maintain a streamlined aesthetic. Professionals looking for a functional seating solution that combines comfort with built-in storage will find this piece useful in tight floor plans where space is at a premium.
