Contemporary Grey Fabric Sofa Set with Coffee Table

This contemporary SketchUp sofa set features a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a wooden coffee table in grey fabric upholstery. This lounge set comprises a linear three-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all featuring slim black metal frames that define the base and armrests. The upholstery is a neutral light grey textured fabric, accented by solid blue scatter cushions. Accompanying the seating is a low-profile coffee table constructed from light-toned wood, showcasing a tiered design with a central dark-toned inlay on the tabletop. The proportions are clean and architectural, suitable for structured seating arrangements in modern interiors where a balanced, cohesive look is required for both the furniture pieces and the coffee table.

The download is a 25.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into your project, import the component and place it using the native move and rotate tools to align with your floor plan. The elements are grouped logically, allowing for easy selection if you need to modify the fabric texture or adjust the wood finish on the table. Ensure the model is scaled correctly to your room dimensions before applying custom materials or lighting. Manage the geometry within the layers panel to maintain a clean workspace throughout the design process.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas where a sophisticated, coordinated aesthetic is desired. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, neutral rugs, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for a complete seating solution for open-plan layouts or waiting areas will find this set highly versatile. Use it in early design stages to establish spatial flow or in final visualisations to add a sense of comfort and realism to your architectural renderings.
