About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features a grey fabric sectional sofa with chaise, a matching armchair, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture collection centres on a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in light grey fabric, paired with a matching armchair featuring a slim black metal frame and warm brown cushions. The set is grounded by a rectangular coffee table with a white-veined marble top and a dark, rounded base. Accent pieces include a minimalist side table, a slim floor lamp, and a textured throw blanket in a deep rust tone. The composition offers a balanced, structured aesthetic suitable for modern interiors, with clean lines and a neutral palette punctuated by warm, earthy textile highlights.

The download is a 73.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised for efficient scene integration. Users can import the entire assembly as a single group or append individual components to populate specific areas of a floor plan. The materials are mapped with appropriate tiling and bump settings, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric textures or metal finishes within the material editor. The pivot points are set at the base of each object to facilitate precise placement on floor surfaces, while the modular nature of the sofa allows for easy re-configuration.

This living room set is ideal for high-end residential projects, hotel lobby designs, and luxury showroom visualisations. It provides a complete, ready-to-render solution for architects and interior designers looking to populate open-plan living areas or lounge zones quickly. Professionals searching for a cohesive furniture arrangement will find this set compatible with minimalist or contemporary interior styles. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments, large-format artwork, and curated lighting schemes, serving as a focal point for both formal and informal seating arrangements in diverse architectural contexts.
