About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sectional sofa set features a grey fabric sofa, a brown lounge chair, and a black coffee table. This curated furniture set comprises a low-profile, three-seater sectional sofa upholstered in light grey fabric, paired with an accent lounge chair featuring a brown seat and dark frame. The ensemble is completed by a circular coffee table with a matte black top and a textured cylindrical base. Decorative scatter cushions in grey, charcoal, and terracotta tones provide textural variety and contrast against the neutral sofa upholstery. The clean, geometric lines of the sofa contrast with the organic, curved silhouette of the companion lounge chair, creating a balanced and functional seating arrangement.

The download is a 28.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this set directly into 3ds Max projects, ensuring that the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of each object for easy snapping to floor planes. The geometry is organized into logical layers, allowing for individual selection or modification of the sofa, chair, and table. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates, which can be adjusted or replaced with custom textures to suit specific interior lighting environments or render settings without compromising the integrity of the base model.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas, this set provides a complete design solution for high-end interior visualizations. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist decor and can be used to furnish open-plan spaces, waiting areas, or boutique hospitality suites. Architects and interior designers frequently search for such coordinated furniture groupings when populating floor plans or creating photorealistic renders for client presentations, specifically looking for versatile, neutral-toned pieces that integrate seamlessly into diverse contemporary design schemes.
