About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular grey fabric sectional sofa paired with a marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, accompanied by a matching ottoman. The ensemble is grounded by a textured grey area rug and complemented by a round coffee table featuring a white marble top and a black metal base. A secondary, minimalist side table with a black marble pedestal and slim metal stem provides additional surface area. Suspended above the arrangement is a modern sculptural pendant light composed of three interlocking illuminated rings, tying the composition together with clean lines and balanced proportions.

The download is a 31.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, treat this collection as a grouped assembly to facilitate easy placement within your floor plan. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility during the design process. The geometry is clean, allowing for straightforward material mapping or texture adjustments. If rendering, use the native components to quickly populate your scene, ensuring that the lighting elements are correctly assigned to your preferred render engine's light source parameters for optimal illumination and shadow casting.

This versatile scene is ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartment staging, and high-end hotel lobby concepts. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-use furniture arrangement that saves time during the early concept and schematic design stages. Designers can easily integrate this set into contemporary interior projects, pairing it with neutral wall palettes and minimalist architectural features.
