Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Set

This SketchUp set contains twenty contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa configurations and living room arrangements for interior projects. This collection features a wide variety of sectional sofa designs, ranging from minimalist L-shaped configurations to tufted, Chesterfield-inspired models. Each piece is finished in neutral grey fabric, providing a versatile base for diverse interior styles. The set includes matching elements such as coffee tables, armchairs, side lamps, and wall art, allowing for complete living room compositions. Proportions are designed for standard residential scale, with varying backrest heights and cushion depths. The models exhibit clean lines and functional forms, suitable for creating realistic, clutter-free staging in digital architectural visualisations.

The download is a 306 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 20 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as components, facilitating easy drag-and-drop placement into floor plans. Users should utilise the native layering system to manage the high volume of assets and maintain scene performance. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted within the material editor. When scaling, ensure uniform proportions are maintained to preserve the intended aesthetic. These assets are ideal for populating large-scale residential projects or hotel lobby visualisations quickly.
