About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a grey fabric sectional sofa with a chaise, an armchair, and matching coffee tables. The assembly comprises a large L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, accompanied by a matching single-seat armchair with splayed wooden legs. A dual-level circular coffee table set features a marble base and a solid top, complemented by a small cylindrical side table. The background includes a decorative wall paneling system with vertical timber slats and a large-format marble slab backdrop. Integrated shelving units with internal lighting display decorative objects, while a large, textured dark grey rug anchors the entire furniture arrangement within the space.

The download is a 105 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Import this SketchUp model directly into your project file as a component to maintain organizational hierarchy. The components are grouped logically, allowing for easy material assignment or texture replacement if required. When rendering, ensure that the light sources within the shelving units are mapped correctly to your preferred light engine. Adjust the global scale to match your room dimensions and use the layers panel to toggle visibility for individual decor items if the scene complexity affects viewport performance.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set suits high-end apartment visualisations, show homes, and contemporary lounge areas. The neutral colour palette and modular configuration make it a versatile choice for open-plan layouts where the sofa acts as a room divider. Professionals can use this asset for concept development or final presentation renderings, pairing it with additional soft furnishings or floor lamps to complete the space. It is particularly effective for staging large, minimalist living areas requiring a focal point.
