About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features an off-white modular L-shaped sofa, a grey swivel armchair, and abstract wall art. This three-piece lounge set consists of a modular L-shaped sofa, a matching grey fabric swivel armchair, and a decorative triptych wall art piece. The sofa is upholstered in a textured off-white fabric, featuring a low-profile, clean-lined design with distinct horizontal channel tufting across the back and seat cushions. The sectional configuration includes a chaise-style end piece. Accompanying the sofa is a high-back swivel lounge chair with a grey fabric finish and a dark, multi-pronged metal base. The set is completed by a triptych abstract painting featuring warm earth tones and geometric patterns.

The download is a 13.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups, allowing for the easy separation of the sofa, armchair, and artwork components. Users can adjust the scale of individual elements to suit specific room dimensions or swap fabric textures via the materials panel. The geometry is clean, making it suitable for quick placement in interior visualisations. When importing into a project, ensure the pivot points are adjusted to the base of each object for efficient placement against walls or within an open-plan layout.

Ideal for residential living rooms, modern hotel lobbies, or upscale waiting areas, this lounge set provides a cohesive aesthetic for interior design projects. It pairs well with contemporary coffee tables and minimalist area rugs. Professionals searching for modular seating solutions, sectional sofa models, or complete lounge furniture arrangements will find this asset versatile for both concept development and final presentation renderings. The neutral colour palette ensures it integrates seamlessly into various interior styles, from minimalist apartments to sophisticated boutique hospitality spaces.
