Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 12

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular grey sectional sofa, an upholstered ottoman, and a lounge chair. The scene comprises a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in dark grey fabric, paired with a rectangular, tufted ottoman in a soft blush tone. Accompanying the seating is a contemporary lounge chair with a light grey textured seat and dark timber frame. A minimalist white-topped coffee table with a thin metal base sits centrally, complemented by a secondary low-profile console table with a black marble top and white metal frame. The arrangement is completed by a slender floor lamp and decorative accessories, all set against a large-scale portrait feature wall.

The download is an 18.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy management of individual furniture components. Users can isolate the sofa or tables by toggling layer visibility or grouping/ungrouping as needed. The textures are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for straightforward material replacement or adjustment to suit specific project lighting conditions. The assets are scaled to real-world proportions, making them suitable for immediate placement within architectural models without requiring extensive geometry modification or resizing.

This furniture collection is well-suited for high-end residential projects, hotel lounges, and boutique commercial lobby designs. It serves as a comprehensive starting point for staging living areas, providing a balanced mix of textures and forms that work well in modern or transitional interiors. Designers searching for complete furniture compositions will find this set efficient for rapid visualisation of open-plan living spaces. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and large-format art to create a sophisticated, curated atmosphere in both client presentations and final renderings.
