About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa living room scene for 3ds Max features a modular lounge configuration with marble accents. This living room scene centers on a low-profile, grey fabric sectional sofa with an integrated chaise lounge. The set includes a rectangular coffee table with a white marble top on a dark base, alongside a small wire-frame side table. A concrete-textured partition wall forms the backdrop, fitted with a black metal shelving unit featuring timber shelves. The arrangement is completed by a neutral area rug and a framed graphic artwork. Proportions are balanced for a modern domestic scale, with clean lines and a monochromatic palette accentuated by the natural wood and stone textures.

The download is a 20.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max scene directly into existing project files to populate lounge areas quickly. The asset is organized with logical grouping, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment if required. Each element is mapped with standard coordinates, and the scene is balanced for efficient viewport navigation. Lighting setups can be adjusted by swapping out the environment maps or integrating custom interior light sources to match the specific mood of the architectural interior being developed in the host software.

Ideal for residential interior design visualizations, this scene works well in apartment staging, contemporary living room layouts, or high-end residential marketing imagery.
