About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a round fabric pouf in a neutral grey tone, accessorised with a draped textured throw. This round, low-profile pouf offers a soft, relaxed aesthetic suitable for casual seating or as a footrest. It is upholstered in a fine-textured grey fabric, featuring vertical seam detailing that defines its cylindrical form. The piece is accompanied by a draped, dark-toned knit throw, which adds visual contrast and a sense of lived-in comfort to the composition. The proportions are compact, making it an ideal choice for smaller living spaces or bedrooms where flexible seating is required. The overall design remains understated, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into a variety of modern interior styles.

The download is a 10.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility within complex scenes. The fabric textures are mapped to provide a realistic appearance, which can be adjusted through the material editor if specific colour or scale modifications are needed to match a project's palette. Proper positioning on the floor plane is essential to ensure the base sits correctly, while the draped throw can be repositioned or removed to suit the composition.

This pouf is well-suited for residential interior design projects, particularly in living rooms, bedrooms, or nurseries where a casual, inviting atmosphere is desired. It pairs effectively with modern sofas, lounge chairs, or near a bed as an occasional seat. Professionals searching for 'soft seating', 'round ottoman', or 'casual bedroom furniture' will find this asset a versatile addition to their library. It is particularly effective for staging vignettes in hospitality or high-end residential renders where adding texture and a human element is necessary.
