Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sofa with Integrated Table

This contemporary 3ds Max modular sofa features grey fabric upholstery, a dark wood frame, and a central stone-topped storage table. This modular sofa system comprises two deep-seated upholstered modules connected by a central, integrated storage console. The seating is finished in a textured grey fabric with relaxed, soft-fill cushions and an additional circular floor pouf. A dark-toned timber frame provides a continuous structural base, elevating the soft components. The central console features a stone-effect top suitable for small accessories, with an open shelf below for books or magazines. The ensemble provides a balanced, low-profile aesthetic, combining clean rectilinear lines with the comfort of oversized, plush seating elements for a residential lounge environment.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the fabric and timber components. Users should ensure the textures are correctly mapped upon import, as the fabric features a distinct grain. The modular nature allows for reconfiguring the layout if necessary, though the central table is fixed to the frame. Adjusting the lighting to highlight the fabric texture and the reflective quality of the stone surface will significantly improve the final render output for architectural visualisations.
