About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a grey fabric modular sofa paired with a stone coffee table and a side table. This modular lounge set comprises a low-profile sofa with a chaise extension, upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The arrangement is complemented by a black stone coffee table featuring an irregular, segmented top surface and a small, white-based side table. Decorative cushions in black and white provide contrast against the grey upholstery. The set is presented against a dark, linear-textured feature wall panel, creating a balanced, monochromatic composition. All pieces are modelled to reflect a modern aesthetic, focusing on clean lines and geometric shapes suitable for high-end interior visualisations.

The download is a 57.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, the assets are organised into distinct groups for easy manipulation and placement. Users can adjust the scale to match room dimensions or swap textures on the sofa fabric using the material editor. The model is scaled for standard residential heights, allowing for quick insertion into floor plans. It is recommended to use the native tagging system to toggle visibility of the feature wall and accessory pieces when populating larger interior scenes for rendering.

Ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartment staging, and hotel lobby lounge areas, this set integrates seamlessly into contemporary interior projects. It pairs well with minimalist decor, large-format floor tiles, and recessed lighting schemes. Designers searching for a cohesive seating arrangement will find this model useful for establishing a sophisticated, monochromatic focal point. The neutral palette ensures versatility, allowing it to function effectively in both bright, airy spaces and moodier, dark-toned interior design concepts for professional client presentations.
