Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sofa Living Room Scene in White

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric modular sofa, lounge chair, stone coffee tables, and decor. This comprehensive living room set centres on a low-profile, modular sofa with a chaise lounge, upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. It is accompanied by a modernist lounge chair with a matching ottoman, both featuring sleek metal frames. The composition includes a pair of nested coffee tables—one with a circular stone top and dark cylindrical base—and a textured area rug. Completing the look are a slender arched floor lamp, abstract framed wall art, and curated decorative accessories, creating a cohesive, balanced arrangement suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel design proposals.

The download is a 60.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Integrating this SketchUp scene into your project is straightforward; the model is grouped by object type, allowing for easy selection and repositioning within your floor plan. Use the native component browser to swap out individual items or adjust the material mapping on the fabric and stone textures to suit specific project palettes. Ensure your lighting setup is adjusted to complement the existing floor lamp geometry to achieve a realistic ambient atmosphere in your final render.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in open-plan apartments or sophisticated lounge areas for hospitality projects. It provides a complete, ready-to-render solution for architects and interior designers needing to populate a space quickly without sacrificing design intent. Use this arrangement to explore layout options for modern interiors, pairing it with minimalist wall treatments or large-format glazing. Professionals often search for modular seating sets or curated lounge groupings to streamline the documentation of high-quality interior design concepts.
