About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric modular sectional sofa with ottoman is a 3ds Max model featuring a versatile arrangement with accent cushions. Designed for spacious living areas, this modular sectional sofa features a low-profile, clean-lined silhouette upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The configuration includes an integrated chaise lounge on the right and a separate, matching square ottoman. The ensemble is accessorised with a variety of scatter cushions in houndstooth patterns, solid olive green, and vibrant orange tones. A bold orange throw blanket is draped over the chaise, providing a sharp contrast to the muted grey base. The overall aesthetic is balanced, focusing on comfort and modular adaptability for modern interiors.

The download is a 41.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the sofa, ottoman, and individual cushions. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for snapping to floor planes. The fabric textures are mapped with standard tiling, which can be easily adjusted for scale or customisation. Lighting the scene requires a neutral HDRI to capture the subtle depth of the upholstery, while the scatter cushions can be rearranged or removed to suit different interior compositions.

Ideal for residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, and luxury hotel lounge areas, this sectional provides a flexible seating solution. It pairs well with low-profile coffee tables and minimalist rug designs. Professionals searching for a configurable lounge set will find this asset suitable for high-end interior visualisations, architectural staging, and real estate marketing projects. Its neutral base allows it to integrate seamlessly into diverse design schemes, from industrial lofts to contemporary family homes, where a comfortable, modular seating arrangement is required.
