The download is a 57.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the sofa, tables, and decor accessories. Users should check the pivot points for the modular components to ensure accurate placement within a scene. The fabric textures are mapped to provide realistic depth, while the marble and high-gloss surfaces are set up for standard ray-traced reflections. Proper lighting with an HDRI environment will best highlight the subtle variations in the textile weave and the reflective qualities of the tables.

Ideal for residential projects, high-end apartment developments, and luxury hotel lounge areas, this sectional provides a balanced focal point for open-plan living spaces. It pairs effectively with large-scale area rugs and minimalist interior schemes that require a comfortable, structured seating solution. Professionals searching for a modern L-shaped sofa or a complete living room furniture set will find this asset versatile for various floor plans, particularly when staging expansive, light-filled rooms where a substantial, inviting piece is required to anchor the space.
