The design emphasises modular flexibility, allowing for various spatial orientations within a living area. The furniture rests on a low, minimalist base, creating a grounded, modern aesthetic suitable for open-plan residential or high-end hospitality lounge interiors.

The download is a 39.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max asset directly into their scene, utilizing the provided modular components to customise the sofa layout according to floor plan requirements. The geometry is organised by object for easy selection and placement. Texture mapping is applied to the fabric and wood surfaces, which can be further refined in the material editor to match specific lighting conditions. Ensure the unit scale is set correctly upon insertion to maintain accurate proportions relative to other architectural elements in the 3D model.
