Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa Scene – Variant 4

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a modular grey fabric sectional sofa, a matching armchair, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture scene comprises a large modular sectional sofa with integrated chaise, a single lounge armchair, a low-profile coffee table, and a distressed-look area rug. The sofa features a channel-tufted seat design upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, complemented by an assortment of throw cushions in varied textures and solid brown tones. An attached side console provides a functional end-surface. The armchair mirrors the sofa's aesthetic with a structured, dark-finished base and flared backrest. The coffee table features a segmented black-and-white marble top, offering a striking visual contrast to the soft upholstery.

The download is a 36 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this entire scene into a project file as a single asset group. The components are organized by object type, allowing for individual selection and repositioning of the armchair or coffee table to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped for 3ds Max workflows, utilizing standard texture slots for the fabric and stone surfaces. Adjusting the lighting setup within the scene will help integrate the assets into custom interior renders, ensuring correct light interaction with the varied material finishes.
