About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa set, a coffee table, and a marble-accented wall unit. This comprehensive living room set comprises a three-seater sofa and a matching armchair, both upholstered in a textured grey fabric with dark wood bases. The central coffee table features a rich walnut-toned timber finish. A prominent feature is the integrated floor-to-ceiling wall unit, which combines dark timber shelving with a central marble-effect panel. This panel includes a circular backlit display niche containing decorative art objects. The composition is grounded by a patterned area rug, creating a cohesive, balanced arrangement suitable for modern residential or high-end hospitality lounge spaces.

The download is a 56.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this scene directly into a 3ds Max project to populate a living area instantly. The assets are organised by object type, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment within the material editor. The wall unit and seating components are scaled for standard interior dimensions. Lighting setups can be applied to the circular niche to enhance the focal point, while the individual components remain modular if the user chooses to rearrange the layout within their floor plan.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living room visualisations, hotel lobby concepts, or high-end apartment staging. The neutral palette and clean lines pair well with contemporary interior design schemes. Professionals searching for a ready-made seating area or a feature wall solution will find this set efficient for rapid project development. It integrates seamlessly into projects requiring a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic, particularly when paired with soft accent lighting or minimalist decor elements in open-plan living environments.
