Contemporary Grey Fabric Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa, an upholstered armchair, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive living room arrangement includes a three-seater sofa upholstered in grey fabric, accompanied by a matching armchair with a curved backrest. The set is grounded by a pair of circular coffee tables—one finished in a deep red tone and the other featuring a white marble top. A linear, tufted ottoman provides additional seating or footrest functionality. The scene is framed by a vertical timber wall paneling backdrop, decorated with a framed artwork, and flanked by two tall potted plants that add a natural, vertical element to the overall composition.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for efficient integration into 3ds Max projects. Users can merge the entire scene or select individual components as separate objects to populate specific areas of a floor plan. The materials are organized within standard material slots, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric textures or wood finishes to suit specific lighting conditions. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned after merging to facilitate precise placement against walls or within larger interior layouts during the final staging process.

This furniture set is ideal for staging residential interiors, high-end hospitality lobbies, or boutique hotel suites where a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic is required. Architects and interior designers can utilize this scene to quickly populate lounge areas in render-ready visualizations. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist or mid-century inspired decor themes.
