Contemporary Grey Fabric Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a grey fabric sofa, armchairs, and marble-topped tables in a cohesive arrangement. This comprehensive furniture collection includes a three-seater sofa, two upholstered armchairs, a round marble-topped coffee table, a side table, and a minimalist bench. The sofa and chairs are finished in soft grey fabric, complemented by a muted, abstract-patterned rug and a large-scale marble-inspired wall artwork. A geometric chandelier hangs above the arrangement, providing a focal point. The tables feature contrasting black-and-white marble surfaces with slim metal frames, maintaining a clean, balanced aesthetic. Every piece is designed to function as a unified interior scene, suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge environments.

The download is a 76 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate this collection into SketchUp projects by importing the file as a component set. The models are organised into layers, allowing for easy selection and placement within floor plans. Users should ensure their model origin is aligned with the floor level for accurate positioning. Materials are pre-applied, though textures may require re-mapping or scaling depending on the specific project requirements. For visualization, the included lighting and decor assets can be toggled to suit the desired level of detail.
