Contemporary Grey Fabric Living Room Furniture Scene, Set

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a curved grey fabric sofa, matching ottoman, and armchair with curated decor. This curated furniture collection features a soft-profile, curved sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric, complemented by a low-profile kidney-shaped ottoman. The set includes a structural armchair with an open-frame design and a hexagonal coffee table with a white pedestal base. A slim console table with a marble-style top and black metal legs provides additional surface area. The scene is finished with a neutral area rug and decorative elements, including a table lamp, books, and abstract wall art, creating a balanced, cohesive aesthetic suitable for modern interior design schemes.

The download is a 32.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import the file as a component to maintain layer organisation and geometry integrity. Users can scale the individual elements independently or adjust the layout of the furniture group to suit specific floor plan dimensions. Materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for quick texture replacement or adjustment within the native material editor. Ensure the scene origin is set correctly relative to the project zero point for seamless alignment with existing walls and structural elements.

Ideal for residential projects and high-end hospitality lobbies, this furniture set provides a ready-to-use focal point for living room visualisations. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary architectural interiors, offering a neutral palette that complements various wall finishes and flooring materials. Professionals often search for these assets when assembling lounge areas, reception waiting rooms, or open-plan apartment layouts. The arrangement is particularly effective for demonstrating spatial flow and human-scale furniture placement during the design development phase of a project.
