The download is a 63.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max model directly into their scene to populate residential lounge areas. The assets are organised by object type, allowing for individual placement or group manipulation. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane upon insertion. Material maps for the fabric and glass elements should be assigned via the native material editor, while lighting setups can be adjusted to accentuate the reflective properties of the coffee table surface and the soft texture of the upholstery.
