About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa SketchUp model features a modular design with a matching nesting coffee table. This L-shaped sectional sofa features a low-profile, boxy silhouette with clean lines and deep seating. The upholstery is a textured grey fabric, complemented by three light mint-green throw cushions and a draped throw blanket. The set includes a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with thin dark metal frames and black surfaces. A neutral-toned area rug sits beneath the tables, providing a cohesive foundation for the arrangement. The modular construction allows for versatile placement within a living space, offering a balanced mix of comfort and modern geometric form for interior compositions.

The download is a 28.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

The geometry is grouped by component, allowing for easy adjustment of the cushion positions or the removal of individual accessories to suit specific design requirements. Apply custom textures to the fabric if a different finish is required, and use the native scale tools to adjust dimensions to fit your floor plan accurately before finalising the lighting and rendering setup within your chosen engine.

This sectional is ideal for modern residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or casual lounge areas in boutique hotels. It works well in projects focusing on minimalist or contemporary aesthetics where a clean, functional seating solution is required. Designers often search for modular sofas, L-shaped sectionals, or living room sets when planning interior layouts. This piece pairs effectively with minimalist shelving units, floor lamps, and neutral wall palettes to create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere in both professional visualisations and schematic design presentations.
