About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa with a chaise and contrasting off-white cushions. This L-shaped sectional sofa presents a clean, contemporary silhouette defined by its low-profile frame and slim metal legs. The upholstery is a neutral grey fabric, complemented by piped edges that provide subtle structure to the cushions. The configuration includes an integrated chaise on the left side, providing an extended seating area. Two plush off-white scatter cushions are included, offering a soft visual contrast to the deeper grey tone of the main body. The seat and backrest cushions maintain a uniform, rectangular aesthetic, typical of modern minimalist furniture design.

The geometry is clean, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the fabric textures to match specific project requirements. Use the pivot point at the base for efficient positioning against walls or within an open-plan layout. The separate cushion elements allow for minor adjustments to the seating arrangement, while the metal legs can be assigned a chrome or brushed steel shader to suit the interior lighting scheme.

This sectional is well-suited for modern residential living rooms, high-end apartment interiors, and boutique hotel lobbies. Its neutral palette and versatile L-shaped footprint make it an ideal choice for open-plan layouts where defining zones is essential. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and floor lamps, helping to create a balanced, inviting space that prioritises both comfort and refined, understated style.
