Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa

This contemporary grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa 3ds Max model features a low-profile silhouette with soft, relaxed upholstery. Designed for comfort and clean-lined aesthetics, this L-shaped sectional sofa features a modular configuration with a deep chaise section. The piece is upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, providing a soft, matte texture that complements modern interiors. Its low-back design and wide, squared-off armrests create a grounded, expansive look. The seat cushions are generous in scale, suggesting a plush, sink-in feel, while the overall frame maintains a streamlined, rectangular footprint. A single, large square throw cushion in a lighter tone is included, adding a subtle contrast in both colour and material texture.

The download is a 55 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on a level floor plane to maintain its low-profile alignment. The geometry is well-suited for high-end interior visualisations; apply appropriate fabric shaders to the base mesh to capture the soft light-diffusing properties of the upholstery. Use standard transform tools for positioning and scaling within your interior layout. Organize the model on a dedicated layer to manage scene complexity effectively, allowing for easy selection and material adjustments during the rendering process.
