Contemporary Grey Fabric King Bed with Slatted Headboard

This contemporary 3ds Max king bed features a full-height slatted timber headboard and layered grey fabric bedding for a refined look. This bedroom set centres on a king-sized bed frame finished in a warm natural timber veneer. The defining feature is an expansive, floor-to-ceiling headboard composed of vertical timber slats, providing a rhythmic, architectural backdrop. The bedding ensemble includes a dark grey duvet, a lighter grey accent pillow, and a textured throw blanket, creating a sophisticated monochromatic palette. A minimalist white side table and slender, suspended pendant lights complete the composition. The entire assembly rests on a neutral-toned area rug, grounding the furniture within the space while maintaining a clean, uncluttered aesthetic suitable for modern interiors.

The download is a 35 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised by logical grouping, allowing for easy selection of the bed frame, bedding, and lighting accessories. Users should verify the pivot points are set to the floor plane for accurate placement. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates; ensure the timber grain direction on the headboard slats is aligned correctly. If adjusting the scene lighting, the pendant lights can be isolated for independent control or replaced with specific photometric webs to match project-specific illumination requirements.
